23rd February 2026: Studio v1.12.0 Bug Fixes

We’ve been squashing bugs this week in anticipation of a new feature coming in the next release.
Error Catching Changes
We’re changing the way Studio catches errors inside sections, including sections built by our developers and by agencies.
This is to avoid errors being hidden away, but causing hard to trace side-effects.
There is a very small chance that upgrading to this new version of Studio will cause existing hidden Liquid errors to become visible. We recommend updating during our main support hours, and giving the site a quick review after updating.
Please let us know if you discover a Liquid error in your code which needs addressing. We will be able to direct you to the appropriate fix.
In the future, we hope to make further improvements to error catching, so that you can hide errors from end-users but make the details available to developers.
