2nd April 2026: Siteglide Workflow Builder

We wanted to get this one out before the Easter holidays, we hope you all enjoy some time off, Happy Easter!

Don’t miss our big Studio update from yesterday (a big start to the month!):
1st April 2026: Studio v1.15.1 - Global Sections, Section Copy, Datasource item limit…

Introducing a new way to build Workflows, Integrations and Automations in Siteglide!

Workflow Builder is a no-code tool that lets you visually build out workflows, integrations and automations without needing to code.

Note: Workflow Builder is only available on Production Sites on Consolidated/Reseller billing. It’ll appear at the bottom of the main left menu in Siteglide Admin if it’s available on a site. Get in touch if you’re on a Site Plan and would like to use it.

A few years ago we introduced our first iteration for Workflow Builder (powered by Rollout) which was an important learning curve. In reality the number of integrations were too limited and it didn’t include some essential features that we’ve come to expect from tools like Zapier such as multi-step workflows and logs. We’ve officially retired the old version (found in the Automations area of Forms, WebApps, Modules etc) and replacing it with the new Workflow Builder (powered by Latenode) which has a new prominent place in the main left hand menu.

How do I get started with Workflow Builder?

You can only use it on production sites that are on consolidated/reseller billing. You only pay for what you use and specifically in this case, only for actual workflow runs billed as Siteglide Units (full details).

Zapier and others have the usual feature tiers where essential features can become extremely expensive even if you barely use it. We’re adding workflow runs as a new Siteglide Unit to keep billing simple: 30 seconds of runs (max 10 x 3 second runs) = 1 Siteglide Unit.

Workflow Builder opens up so many opportunities by being able to connect to 5k+ tools as well as building AI Agents and AI Automations for various business departments such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. We’ll be sharing more examples of what’s possible very soon but for now we want to make it available for everyone to use.
